"Rich goths who have a tattoo that points to their ring."

After dinner we went and saw The Black Lips.

And I about had a heart attack when I saw Fred and Toody Cole! They've been married 40 years these two.

Black Lips! They're new record is the best they've done.

Vibe was way up.

King Khan was there and did a song. Exciting!

The bummer was that it wasn't until I got there that I realized that Fred and Toody's new band, Pierced Arrows, and The Spits both played beforehand. Shit.

Go bonkers, drunkards.

And then, about 7 or 8 songs in, the sound guy stopped the show.

He said that one of the bottles flying through the air broke and there was glass in his eye. I didn't see any flying glass, and he didn't appear to have any glass in his eye, but that was that. Show's over.

Old pals Erin and Jessie were there.

I used to live on Jessie's couch in Venice in 1990.

Black Lips really bring out the boozehounds.

And also from Atlanta, Nagasi was there! What a handsome kid!

Old dogs.

Dead Moon Night.
