I Plan On Writing An Epic Poem About This Pie!
Thanksgiving! We woke up early and made, from scratch, punmpkin pies and an apple crisp. They turned out just OK. I need to work on my pastry. We packed up the still hot desserts, and went to Apple and Antons.

Granny is 93. She was an Olympic diver. After dinner she drank a half a glass of wine and had a smoke. She kept trying to get up and dance.

Just read an interview with Leslie Van Houten - when asked why she'd taken part in the Manson massacre she is reported to have shrugged and said, "I don't know. I was feeling culty, I guess."
i'm not talking to anyone until they start referencing the official scrabble player's dictionary.

Since enough people are on the scrabble tip, I will say this about pies....you gotta work the dough while it's still cold from the fridge. Also make sure your shortning is cold when you add it to your flour/butter mixture. Jesus Christ I've gotten fat lately...
