Yesterday Rene and I both went to the liver Dr. to get started on our year of Interferon treatments. We are both hoping to knock out our Hep C , and the liver failure that will come with it. It's funny because there are no real symptoms so it doesn't FEEL like there is anything wrong. Interferon side effects are mainly extreme fatigue. Tired for a year! Good thing I already move real slow.

Today I spent the morning with my guru Martin Malles. I wish everyone I know would go and see him. He makes it very easy for me to see things VERY clearly. Plus , he is a foulmouthed funnyman and mildly mysterious.

Of course , spending the day shooting guns at cans of spray paint isn't a bad way to clear your head either.
